What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

First: stop using "gender" as interchangeable with "sex" and with "gender identity" (sex-based stereotypes as we used to call them). 'Gender' used to just mean "sex"; now, it also means "gender identity"; and you need to be absolutely transparent about your language otherwise your aims are unclear. As I'm sure you're aware "sex" does not mean the same as "gender identity."  I support practical moves to increase the representation of adult human females in government at all levels.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

Your lack of clarity in language; and if you propose to allow men to "self-identify as women", you are going to see a drop, not an increase, in the number of adult human females proportionately representing the population in government.. if this is your plan this is highly dishonest and will simply further erode women's gains in the public sphere in the last 50 years.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

See above

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

Ideologically captured dishonest and informed and not good enough for girls & women (and when I write "girls", I mean immature human females; and when I write "women" I mean adult human females)..

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

Encouraging men to self-identify as women where it matters very much because there is already a critical and extraordinary imbalance , meaning that women are underrepresented in every sphere of influence and in public life in general is discriminatory and dishonest..

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Anything else?
